1) What has to be the same in order for two parallelograms to be similar?2) Describe a way to find a missing side length in a pair of similar figures.3) I have a small isosceles triangle with a base of 3 inches and other sides are 4 inches.I want to create a similar isosceles triangle with a base of 7.5 inches.What should the other side lengths be and why?



1)In order for two parallelograms to be similar is there scale factor, there ratios, and there side lengths.

2. You find the missing side length by the scale factor.

Assignment 4
1. I know that some characters were similar and some are different to Mug Wump by the way the points are plotted on the corrdinate graph.



2. (x,y) is similar to (4x,4y) because they both have to multiple by the original corrdinate. The scale factor is times 4. You can fit 4 of the Mugs into Pug.

Assinment 3
4in and 5in would be the redused side lengths and its redused by a half. The angles never change they always stay the same. The area of the orignal paper is 80in and the area of the redused paper is 20in. The area is 4 times larger

Assignment 2
The reason for blogging is because its easier than all the papers mrs. domenico has to grade all she has to do is look at our blog and there it is! I think it might be easier and might not because if there is an assighment thats hard all u have to do is look it up on line to help u with it. But it might be kinda confusing for some people.

To be honest i don't think there is a point for this because I think there is no point in blogging because i really don't know what it is. But if it gets me a good grade i'll do it!
